Endeavour Hospitality was founded to bring genuine hospitality credibility to executive search. Too many agencies still treat a General Manager brief like any other vacancy: keyword-matching CVs, pitching candidates blind, and hoping the interview works out. The result is a hire who looks right on paper and is gone within the year.

We work differently. Every search is run by someone who has spent years close to the field, who knows which kitchens are exceptional, which General Managers are quietly looking, and what a five-star standard actually requires day to day. That depth is what turns a brief into the right shortlist, not a long one.

• Permanent & Executive Search. Permanent recruitment across every level of the kitchen and the floor, not only the top of it. Commis, CDPs, Pastry Chefs and Sous Chefs are as much our bread and butter as the General Managers, Executive Chefs and Hotel Directors above them.
• Temporary & Interim Staffing. Vetted cover for seasonal peaks, events and banqueting, or an interim leader to hold a kitchen or a house steady while a permanent search is run properly.
• Advisory & Market Intelligence. Compensation benchmarking, structure reviews and hiring market briefings for operators building or restructuring a team, drawn from the same networks our searches run on.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a proper conversation, not a job spec forwarded by email. We meet the people making the hire, understand the standard the house holds itself to, and calibrate a shortlist against the market before a single candidate is approached.

We brief candidates properly, manage offers and counter-offers with care, and stay close through the first months of a placement. We measure ourselves on placements that last, not placements made.
