Every conversation is private and stays that way. We protect a candidate’s standing and a client’s intentions with equal care. Nothing is said that need not be.

Luxury hospitality is an international world with intensely local customs. We move between markets and understand what each dining room expects of its people.
We take few clients. We know their houses well. A short list served properly is worth more, to everyone, than a long one served at arm’s length.
Every candidate approach is unattributable until they choose otherwise. Every client brief is held in the same confidence a house holds a reservation.
We take on only a small number of retained searches at any one time. Attention, not volume, is the ceiling of our work.
A placement is the start of the relationship. We stay in touch with the operator, the house and the discipline, for as long as it matters.
